In the Windows Store version of the game, this mission can be exploited to skip all the way to End of the Line (the final mission). A detailed explanation of this exploit can be seen in this YouTube video.

Bugs

In the Definitive Edition, it's possible to buy an expensive haircut without being able to afford it during this mission, causing the player to go into negative balance and being unable to afford a meal at Well Stacked Pizza.

The Spray Can you get during this mission has a much higher ammo capacity than regular pickups and be used to immediately spray all the tags in Los Santos.

Exploits

Before getting in the car at the beginning of the mission, you are immune to getting a wanted level and can freeroam the entire map. This means you can venture to locked parts of the San Andreas and pickup some of the more powerful weapons in the game early. You cannot start any missions or do anything that can't normally be done while on a mission, but weapon spawns and collectibles are freely available.

Bugs

In the PC version of the game, a long system uptime can cause the lowrider mini-game to lag or work improperly. Rebooting your computer fixes this issue which is caused by the game tracking the time between each arrow using system uptime in seconds. This variable can overflow, resulting in the bug.

Exploits

You can skip the dance battle portion of this mission by recruiting a gang member to enter the van on your behalf then shooting them which will cause the them to fall out of the van, leaving the door open for you to enter. A more detailed guide on how to pull off this exploit can be seen in this YouTube video.

Missable Trophy

The trophy/achievement Assassin can be missed during this mission. To get it, you'll need to stealth kill all eight guards in Madd Dogg's house without being detected.

Damage-Proof PCJ-600
During the second part of the mission, you can acquire Freddy's PCJ-600 which is immune to bullets, fire, explosions, melee attacks and collisions. To do this, ring Freddy's doorbell to trigger the chase sequence. Then, walk on-foot to where Freddy is waiting for you until he starts firing. Keep Freddy in your line of sight and kill OG Loc to fail the mission. After failing the mission, you'll be able to knock Freddy off his bike and claim it as your own.

Damage-Proof Sanchez
If you submerge the Sanchez given to you and then fail the mission, you can use a sawed-off shotgun or other high impact weapon to push the bike out of the water and claim it as your own. The bike cannot be damaged by bullets, fire, explosions, melee attacks or collisions and will remain yours as long as you save it in a garage.

This mission can be exploited to add the FP & EP properties to any vehicle.

Notes

Completing this mission will unlock the remainder of the map (Tierra Robada, Bone County & Las Venturas), allows the player to buy the Wang Cars showroom and unlocks the M4 for purchase at Ammu-Nation.

After this mission, the Big Smoke's Cash and Loco Syndicate Drug Courier repeatable side missions will no longer be available and Cesar will stop calling about them.

The player will also be able to get a 6-star wanted level after completing this mission.

Bugs

A bug can occur during this mission which causes invisible walls to appear in the crack factory, blocking player progression. These appear to be related to invisible debris from the explosion that takes place earlier in the mission. It has been reported that relaunching the game and reloading a manual save in the Definitive Edition can often resolve this issue.

Notes

This mission is best done in Angel Pine since it's a small town with all patients located very close together. This makes the mission much easier and far quicker to complete.

Exploits

Starting from Level 4 (where you need to make multiple trips per level), pick up your first patient via the side passenger door then as you're approaching each subsequent patient, get out of the ambulance right as the patient is opening the back door the get in.
The moment the warning timer reads "27 seconds to find another ambulance", get back into the ambulance. If done correctly, the patient should get out of the ambulance while still being counted as a pickup, effectively leaving you with another empty seat in the ambulance for more patients.

Notes

This mission is best done when triggered from Grove Street. The fires will typically be close together and easy to get to, making the mission quicker and easier than triggering it elsewhere.

This mission is easiest when done in the Hunter helicopter. When doing it this way, the mission will be called "Brown Thunder", but is otherwise identical.

Exploits

Using a police car to trigger the mission, then entering a fast food restaurant during the mission and leaving it after approx 20 seconds may cause all criminals in the current level to despawn and be considered terminated, effectively passing the level without doing anything. This can be repeated to complete the Vigilante mission very easily. This method seems to work most reliably in San Fierro, but does not appear to work in all versions of the game.

While the Boat School is technically available after completing "Deconstruction", the final lesson takes place in an area of the map that is locked until after "Yay Ka-Boom-Boom" and will result in a 4-star wanted level if done before then.
